We had some free runners come to Essex Jamboree and they were backflipping off cars, not to be left out I decided it was time to have a go at my backflips on my bocks. After several attempts with a rachet strap around me I was convinced to try without any support :)

Yay!! :):):):)

(The bit at the end is because everyone watching me had cheered, but there was a show going on on the opposite side of the field with about 1000 people watching, and we interrupted it!)
