Never ;D
-
Oh no! ;D

Whats wrong with the pink ones :nana:
Random..have you ordered PJ's yet? If you have have you ordered cuffs?
:spudT:
-
I dont want pink, won't go with my bocks ;)
I'm not ordering, my parents are, and I suppose I'm getting bars, can't afford cuffs as well unfortunately, getting them for christmas.
-
lol :)
If you are getting bars then these knee pads are really good because they fill the gap a bit making them more secure.
Also sold out tho

That's alright then :) they'll be ready in time for Christmas! :D
Are the kneepads from the three piece set good for the kneebars?
Thanks

The style of the knee pads in that 3pc set is OK but the long ones with the shin pad bit are much better.
Loads of people with knee hoops use them. And they really can take a good knock well. Because they go down the front of the knee bar, if you have small legs they make the bocks much much securer.
I was hoping somebody else would reply instead of it just being my opinion but anyway.
I know charlie B and jester use them, Toddy uses some like them, Gixer and me use them. So does trip.
Look at a few of the Pics from CB. Most people are using them.

Your exactly right Spud
The Pit-Dirt ones are fantastic I wouldn't use anything else I have had some really hard falls in mine even to the point of splitting one and they have always saved me from bad damage
I use Cuffs so like the extra coverage they give and when I did use hoops they fit nicely into the join on the pads and make the whole lot more stable

Looks like I'll get the pit dirt ones then :D
Anyone know how well the 'bionic' ones off of PJ are for knee bars? My parents are ordering soon and I need protection!! ;D
-
I have had both, stay with the standard the plastic is more dense and takes some real punishment. I found the Bionics to be very comfortable but lighter, I feell twice and split one.
My standard kit is battered but still good
-
Thanks :) I guess I'll be ordering straight from the pit dirt website, now I know what I'm getting :)
Would you recommend a helmet for a beginner who probably won't be doing flips any time soon?

They are one and the same. PitDirt and ProJump are both owned by ukgooddeals.

Yea...but...Is there actually a pitdirt.co.uk or something ???
EDIT: On further googling I can answer my own question
Yes, there is

Hmm. I have a problem. The pit dirt pads aren't in stock on any websites I can find :-\
Are there any other protection pads that fit the bock knee bars well and aren't too expensive? I need them at least a week before christmas.
Thanks, Springer
