Title: New bindings

Just got them out to fit onto my bocks. On the old bindings there is a hard plastic sleeve that the crew goes into this allows the screw to be tightened and the binding to rotate.

The holes on the new bindings are too small for the sleeve to go through. Should I just tighten up without using the plastic sleev or am I missing something ?

i just put the screw through with a washer on both sides clive but u can drill it out to fit the lil plastic bit
