has any one got any tips for getting the rotation required to land it every time????

i have trouble getting lots of rotation aswell, usually only manage a really slow flailing 180 XD
but if you start the rotation with your shoulders/upper body, and keep your arms near your body you'll rotate faster, and trying to keep upright well just make sure you spin vertically and don't throw yourself sideways on the launch i guess

practice on your feet, less distance to fall. Most people that i've seen trying to learn 360s end up doing a 180 then leaning way back towards he direction they came from and then finishing the spin leaning way back and fall over, so practice on your feet doing a 360 and staying perfectly upright that's the thing most people have problems with.
here's the steps to do a 360 or any spin really
1. start with both arms to one side as your compressing the springs
2. as you reach the bottom of your compression start to throw your arms around, they'll only give you rotation while your in contact with the ground so you have to whip them around in the time between the bottom of compression and when you leave the ground, the amount of force you put into your arms is different depending on how much you want to spin
3. as you leave the ground keep your legs together and pull your arms into your chest, the closer you get your weight to your axis of rotation the easier it is to spin.
4. once you've supn as far as you wanted to, open up your arms and legs to slow your rotation and get ready for the landing
5. if you find you're not rotating as far as you wanted to, you can cheat the rotation by turning your hips so your stilts land as you wanted them to and your upper body catches up once you land.

Its all about the swivel lol
360 over stuff and up steps is where the fun begins!
