Title: M70-M80
Post by: The_MadJackal on February 06, 2009, 06:22:07 PM
Hi there,

I weigh just over 9 stone and so the M70s would be (if I have this right) the natural choice for my first pair of jumping stilts, however, I have already used ProJumps before and am competent in the basics, so would the M70s really be a short lived choice and would the M80s be a better idea?

Thanks,
The_MadJackal

At 57kg, M80's would be best for you. Sadly, ProJump are out of both M70's and 80's for at least 8 weeks.

If you want to buy either M70's or M80's, you can phone up pro-jump before 6 or so on a weekday, (probably not friday, as they wont get to you until monday or tuesday) and ask them about the possibility of changing some springs from their spares onto a pair of bocks for you. They will probably ask for around £15 or so, and the delivery will be slower, but if you dont want to wait, thats what to do :D thats what i did. also, when the box comes, it'll be covered in tape and will have been re-sealed. Don't worry, as they have to open the box to change the springs :P

Nice one Kaz! More helpful than I could be :D

I would go for M80s and Kaz's advice was good. Phone up and see what they can do. Paying the extra £15 if you are impatient is a good deal. I am pretty sure they will still be the cheapest bocks you can get, and the support is awesome ;)

Hah, spud, i'm not THAT helpful, just repeating what Naz told me little more than a month ago.

Got my bocks fine, they work a dream, and i have absolutely no complaints, other than on my part - why didnt i order some sooner?
