Ok I know this has nowt to do with Bocking but I just had to share it with you
I have been told to cut out all preservatives/sweeteners/addatives due to me wanting to get fit and live forever
Now this has a big problem as in that all the things I like are loaded with the above hence the search for an alternative to Banana Shakes
Got myself a smoothie thingie (really nice one that comes with 2 mug type things) and started
After a few false starts I came up with this simple recipe
3 Bananas and half a tin of coconut milk and guess what it actually tastes really nice :Cwideeyed:
Gonna try it with strawberrys and raspberrys
Anybody got other recipies for smoothies I might like post them here

Adding a McDonalds milkshake to in make it a lot better :Ctwitcy:
Some smoothy's are just dull.
Adding lemons or limes or oranges put a edge to a smoothy ?

In all seriousness... Apple and Raspberry is quite good, as is Mango with pretty much anything. Just shove a few of each in, bit of yoghurt to thicken it up and that's about it.
