Hey, i bounced around for a decent amount of time yesterday, but i realize it kind of hurts my lower back and i cant get a good bounce out of it, is it because my springs are two weight categories higher than me? I knew id be stiff, but it seems painful in my back. Any tips on how to get good form to jump. I can bounce just fine on one stilts, but when i combine them it hurts.

to be short and sweet its known as bockers back your using muscles in ways that you havnt before, rest for a week or so and you should be fine!

use your heels to bouce, and try stand straight while you do it, dont bouse 'through' your back, so when you land your back doesnt curve, and jar your spine/neck. this can lead to back injuries (and didnt help my back but hey!)
otherwise, it may be because you have used muscles you dont normally use so they hurt because they are streching, which happened to me when i first got my trampoline
