how to set the poweriser's up and strap up properly?
what protection?

Welcome to the forum

Check out the Knee straps, first steps questions and safety gear links in my sig which have useful newbie info. Alot of the knowledge needed is on the forum so just use the search function which will bring up relevant topics :)
