I posted this on facebook and Spud said I should put it on here. So here it is.
It's a bit samey but meh, it shows some flips on my new T-Rex springs and also attempts at re-learning some moves, like pikes and side-kicks. Both of which I used to be able to do well, and now can't do at all :(

:D not bad, but it's obvious you're still at the holy crap these kick kinda hard stage, shouldn't take too long to get past, just gotta keep at it, and give your back some rest when it needs it

Hey, I think you should watch like, a really good bocker's front flip in slow motion. They do not put their arms up while coming down to do the flip, their arms are at their sides. They then push up with their arms and throw into a tuck, you do not.
I think if you perfected the method I explained maybe on a trampoline, your fronts on your bocks will get a lot more height and you will not fall....

still, I can't do fronts on my bocks, but I can do them on the ground. But I do not have a gym anyway so i dont think Ill be trying one soon....

that's how i try to do my fronts btw, every time i pull a sprog, and launch with my arms already up, then tthrow...it hurts, the few successful one's i've had i've jumped up normally, on the take off used arms to get more height, then tucked. It feels like you get mroe height at least XD
