Title: Adult Footplate not in stock until March =O

I recently broke my footplate by falling sideways into a wall, so i bought one off the projump spares, they rang me back verifying whether i needed and adult footplate or a kid footplate and he said that they havn't got any adult footplates in stock  :o :o :o

And he added that they probably wouldnt have any until the beggining of March, thats over a month away  :-[

Im quite dissapointed with this customer service, has anyone else had any other problems with items being out of stock?

Hi Rich,

I believe it was me who spoke to you on the telephone today, I'm very sorry that you feel disappointed with the service you have received. Although I can assure you that we are looking into especially ordering some Pro-Jump footplates to be flown over As soon as possible. I cant promise that these will be here soon because we obviously cant be sure whether the suppliers will have some ready and whether they will be able to send them straight away etc. But please rest-assured that we are doing our best to resolve the issue of the out-of-stock footplates. We are doing this because we pride ourselves on our customer services and therefore we don't want to leave our customers disappointed with the service they have received.

If anyone has any further queries, please feel free to PM me or call us on 01772 792600 Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm

shame they didnt design a metal footplate with an antislip surface on it.

just a quick question for dan,
ive looked on the website and i cant work out if its 50 for a pair or for one.
also how do u specify what weight u wish to purchase?

Jack,

Which item do you wish to purchase? if it is the springs, then  the price is per spring. Please specify in the size/colour choice section of the order which weight you would like.

yea i ment springs sorry forgot to mention. i think ill wait a while before getting stiffer ones. 100 quids alot considering i havnt had them long and i just bought some hydraulic brakes for my bike. but thanks for the info, much appreciated.

The Footplates are now back in stock, I've had them flown over especially, now hows that for customer service!!!

Yeah, i got it yesterday and fitted it straight away.
I did try to post but for some reason it wouldn't let me.
