Title: knee bar or calf cuff

basicly just wondering which is best calf cuffs or a knee bar and straps?  :Cwideeyed:

at the end of the day  wot goes with what your wearing, do those puff shoulders say cuff?4 me its the colour, i could neva wear a yellow rara skirt, but some  un im lookin no more east than west.....
