Hi guys, I am in need of desperate help. I am producing an animation for a presentation at work, and although I have produced it with Windows Movie Maker, the final resolution is crap. I am trying to find another movie making program that can make movies to a much better quality, and or higher resolution than the poo 640x480 that WMM can only do. But it needs to be able to use slides what are of .gif format due to the way I have animated it.
HELP!
Also, I don't have Vista so the HD version of Movie Maker is not an option for me :(

I use adobe premier elements. I export in the mpeg2 format. Have you tried exporting as an AVI? Is the file size an issue?
EDIT: it doesnt do avi :(

Adobe premiere Pro (or what ever other version)
I used this program all through uni to edit my animations
Also there is Final cut pro ---
I Reckon these two are higher up in the 'software foodchain' for editing video
All the animators / video people I know use these

Although? Surely you mean because! WMM sucks! lol. =)
And I agree with above. Adobe Premier Pro would do the job. =)

Sony Vegas 8. Pretty much Sony's version of Premier Pro.

Final Cut Pro is Mac OSX only. You may have been on a PC emulating Mac OSX, or on a Mac emulating Windows alongside Mac OSX, but it is definately not available for windows.
