HEY EVERYONE!
Glad to be here, I finally got my powerstriders today!
My day:
I was walking instantly and started to try and jump and run. I didn't fall at all but my form was a bit bad mostly because I didn't do the knee straps correctly. I fixed that though.
When jumping I felt the springs were really reluctant and I only got about a foot off the ground. I bought powerstriders spring up to 195 pounds and I weigh 184 so the springs should be perfect right? They will be good when I wear them in and improve my form? I wanna be jumping high in no time!

They take time to soften up just keep practicing and you will find u will get better height in no time.

Ello and welcome. If you can post a lil vid ( from a 'phone will do) of what you can do/trying to do. It may just be a little of your style that needs 'tweeking'.
To get the height you need to put all your wieght directly down onto the springs. This means, jumping thru the heels, keeping a str8 back and looking str8 ahead ( or looking down about 4m or 12 feet ahead).
