so do you have to walk and run differently than you usually do with out them on. iv only had them 2 days. was on the all day yesterday since it wer my birthday.
-
you walk slightly different, you have to kinda move your legs apart more. can make you look like an idiot sometime when walking but means you can get more speed to do higher jumps :)

Make sure you keep your feet pointing forwards, and keep your legs slightly apart. After a while you get used to the way they are and slowly bring your legs back in as you know how close you can get them without actually smashing them together.

and if you do smash them together dont fall on your face, it hurts :P

hello,
i've found the same problem, had mine around 2 weeks but you do get used to it! i find it worse when running and they catch, it nearly always results in a face plant!

1 of the reasons, i think, that they knock together is the weight of the stilts. It has the effect of making the lower legs 'swing about more'. So as Sprog put it, keep toes pointing foreward ( or put another way the feet parallel to each other)

i hand bin using mine tht long either but i wud say make sure u lift your feet up coz i keep scuffing the floor wiv the foot (like u normally scuff ya feet as u walk) && it results in a trip && people laughing at u xD
