Since ive got my stilts ive noticed that I never bang my springs together, ive got some wear on my tape but thats only from holding them from the springs.
The only bit that bangs together alot is the side of the inner bracket and the top of my inside cuff bar.
Does anyone else have a similar habbit??

I do that 2 cus i have a messed up foot, but it also means your feet are straight. Gives better bounce when jumping :Cwink:

im quite pleased actually, but i want a proper cover for my springs that looks good.
Im thinking of buying the poweriser spring cover from france.
-
Ooo, how are you doing that? and were from?
-
Cantalian on Ppages supplies them
-
Can you post the link for me please?
-
IF you want a pair then PM cantallian on PP coz he needs to send you a personal paypal invoice coz the P&P is 15.70, not 8.70

:Cno:
Linking to other retailers inside of ProJump's area of sales is banned on PJF.
-
i took it off :Cconfused:
how come??
-
Same reason linking to PP is disabled, ProJump is a company and are here to make money. Linking to other sites could drive business away from PJ and to other retailers, which is not what PJ want.

Thanks Sprog As usual his right :)
Well almost anyway :P
As Spring Covers is something we currently don't do its ok to recommend Cantalian his also on this forum as PBC (http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=1500), Alternatively Jason did start doing "Springies" (http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=1375) which you could ask him about.

The postage is £15? How much is the actual cover? Seems like a pretty expensive way to cover springs however they look. If you had the time/motivation for the cost of the postage you could probably buy materials to make your own and have the bonus of them looking how you want and probs have some change too. Those covers are made of neoprene. Not sure how well they work as i have never seen a set tho.
-
The actual covers are 25 euros, but like you said making them is an idea. i just need the materials.
-
you can make them for under £10

Have a look at the following tutorial by Zendalfire http://www.stiltmodz.com/tut3.html
Many people have use this method and you can buy patterned tyres to do it or customise it yourself like kiwi did

I went to the tip to drop of my PJ's box and i found a 26inch tire :D soon to be my new spring guard :) and i bright pink paint :P
