hi to all well there is a big santa fun run/walk  in aid of the RNLI lifeboats here in portsmouth
on the 13th dec 11am for more info on this link www.fitprorob.biz
what you get a 5 peace santa suit a mince pie's and drinks all day
free gift and a goodie bag and medile and pic's in the portsmouth news
they want us to do it on bocks

                 so lets show them a good day

I might go if I am free, I could probably try jogging(with a little walking and bouncing) 5k on Bocks.
