hi gals an guys i am just about to get some projumps
i weigh 77kg so what springs should i go for

M90's as your almost 80k and you want +10K. It gives you a little growing roon as well! LOL

The compression you get will depend on the energy you put in. As you get better you will be able to put more energy in so get more out.
If the stilts are to light you will bottom them out and waste energy into the floor which doesn't push you back up!. To get max bounce you need to be able to just kiss the bottom stops with your best jump/ greatest effort.  :CGEEK:

so 90s will be ok for me then and should i go for calf cuffs or bars
ps i think ive hurt my back every time i jump it hurts under the left shoulder

I've just gone over to cuffs! Too early to give you meaningfull feedback, they take a bit of fiddeling with to get them right, I'm just starting to get to that point now. The bars were fine,tho the strap at the back wasn't great, some additional staps worked well! :P

Happens a lot when you start, your muscles aren't used to the work-out and your body takes a while to adjust. It's commonly known as "bockers back". Take a break for a few days, then carry on.
