Post by: goldie3335 on December 28, 2009, 08:48:20 PM
Hi

Im in the Southampton area just got ma stilts not sure im wearing em right as they rub the knee there was no straps in the box like the manual says.

Im no expert and you might call me the older guy lol 36 but i still like fun other than my PS3  :Claugh:

Just 1 question the strap attached to the knee bit does it go round the front or back of the leg?

Thx for any help i want to learn so i can break a leg quicker :P

Hi, I have just also got some stilts. Are there any attachments you can get so that the back of your legs actually touches the calf pad? because mine doesn't. Also can you simply replace the knee bar with a knee strap which looks more comfortable or do you have to replace the whole metal frame bit aswell?
Thanks

You can get the webbing from any good sewing shop or off e-bay

It's not meant to touch. The calf pad is there as a safety feature, so if the strap at the back of the kneebar goes, your leg has something to rest against until you stop (and also saves it smacking into the metal frame).
