Title: white stuff?

what is this white doing? if its gone, will i be able not to jump so high?

The white on my jumpers went out, i dont know where they went but i cut and hammered down the plate and turned around the tube / screw that you see on the link :Claugh:

The white spacer goes between that joint and the spring. All it really does is stops the spring wobbling about and being noisy. Easily replaced with other materials. Jason says plastic milk bottles work well.  I lose mine all the time.

Not sure what you have done there but if it is stopping the plastic or anything on that joint rolling around it could cause wear to the bushings.
