Hi My names Joe Legg

I Have been working on a new project called 'Jump Stilts On Ice' that some of you might know about.
I have been working on this for some time now and have finally done this with success.
I will post some videos and pictures up soon so you can all see what I've been up to. But I'm posting this as I'm going to be on the new today and want to know if anyone can get hold of this footage and send it to me.

I'm on today at 6pm today on BBC1 Look North.

Well what can i say joe that was awesome,before i got into jumping on stilt i was a semi pro figure skater and yes i could jump and spin and move very fast, but dont think i would try what iv just seen you do!!!!!well done mate :Cwink:

Will need resurfacing after that!
Wonder if I can talk my local Icerink into letting us play there? :Cnah:
They wont let us use the gym... we got no chance with the Ice rink. LOL

xs Is right wanted to keep the feet a little secret as it took me a long time to find the right spikes for the job. But its would of be found out anyway. Its took me 6 months to come up with the right design and pattern that worked. The hard part was finding something to work on all ice surfaces. Then had to find a ice rink that would let me try them out. But still now its need a bit of tweaking to stop some slips.

I wanted to keep this very hush hush but how I see it now is if people want to try it I would wear all the padding you have and land everything perfectly, if you make a mistake on ice it hurts.
