The Riser Raptors on Sunday 23rd May will be taking part in a charity event for ESRAD(emergency service road awareness day) This is a large event in south of England with reported up to 50,000 people attending. We have been asked to put on a small performance and to travel round the event doing demonstration work.
So if anyone feels like coming along they are more than welcome to, accommodation is available for free (besides food).

MMM I take it this is inPlymouth?  What I think is odd is that the emergancy services dont already know what roads looks like

Good luck and have fun   but I fear Ill be staying closer to home

please do, as it happens got next week as hols, so a l8 sunday and travelling would have been no probs..... but had a request from TV's  to put a gym meet on 4 sunday.

but wiv u un katie going on to better things, will moving away...jj numbers r dwindling   so  gotta work here

mind u with , as 4casts predict, summer really about 2 kick in, travelling 2 and along the southcoast is not gonna b fun. I always say, love to see peeps in bmth , but dont bother in june july or aug....cos youll turn up with such a foul temper after spending 2 hours driving 25 miles thru new forest

Lol thats why trains were invented :P but we really want a meet with as many Riser's and Jurassic Jumpers as possible... would be a fantastic day... maybe even make a weekend of it with camping etc... maybe bring down Katie's lot :D

What time are things likely to be kicking off and finishing?

Trying to work out if it's worth me having a day out, or sticking with Birmingham?

We start at 11am and finish at 8, It is worth going to because we should have hundreds of crash matts, our moster energy drink sponsors are going to be there... and we are having a BBQ etc. would be nice to have others down :) weather looks great for it :D

Thanks for the thought DC.

Decided to go to Birmingham and cut an hour off my travelling time instead.

Will try to get to meet you guys another time when I dont have to rush back.  I gather you have a lot of good bocking spots down there.

Will see you at the walk for life I expect.
