I know this isnt really classed as bumps and scr***es but has anyone else ended up with back pains from using there pro jumps for too long? or is it just im not as supple as i once was :-\
-
thats just a thing called 'bockers' back', its when u first use them for a while because you're pulling muscles in ur back that arent normally used, it'll disappear when ur muscles get used to it
-
good! its stopped me doin other things this week and most importantly it stopped me bocking :D
-
I actually get "bockers tail bone" more than bockers back.
Its weird cos it hurts the next day and i think ' i didnt fall over' but it still hurts lol.
-
its ok in my day to day walking around but as soon as i jump it hurts maybe i should rest a little
-
i had that for weeks when i first got a trampoline...itll pass
-
i thought i was over it yesterday, i was definatly proved wrong. my first time back on them in about a week, i felt really unsteady bouncing in alsorts of directions. and couldnt get that high cause of the pain, so once again i am unable to get on them, Not too pleased with this >:(
-
So, did you ever get over it? ;D
I've got back pain now on my lower back which really sucks because I can walk about but not practice my bouncing/running!
-
i have pain right bellow my stomac lol :D
-
i fell off once and landed on my right cheek (my ass not face) and it hurt so much i couldnt sit down lol
-

Yup you should HAHAHAHAHAHAHA ;D ( don`t take this serious )
-
yeah im suffering from a slightly painful lower back, but it IS normal.
Aching muscles after exercise means they have grown stronger. Once the pain goes, your muscles will be better then before. Eventually they will be strong enough to withstand the Bocking, and you wont get pains after using them.
-
I have EXACTLY the same problem as you. It's been hurting for about a week now. I just want to bock again. :(
-
mine only lasted a couple of days, but i jsut winded myself, so now my back is REALLY in pain. Takes time and space to slow down after a run - remember that. oh and for gods sake WEAR KNEE PADS and Wrist guards MINIMUM. pref the whole lot.
