Title: Pro Jump spring
Post by: RRparlbystumble on July 03, 2010, 11:13:03 PM
fi you went to Walk for life 2010 you'll know who annoying the squeaking was in my stilts
finnaly got fed up of the stupid skyrunners today so the PJ springs are going back on
have ripped the frayed coating off and replaced with inner tube

PROBLEM!
one is looking rather splintered,
is it worth using them in this state?

cheers

If it looks anything like this:

I wouldn't suggest using them because they will break quite quickly lol.

a bit less than that

so I would like my silts to live there last few weeks in proper form with springs built for them :)
as powerisers are coming late this month / early next month :P

tempted to turn sky runner springs into a high powere cross bow which shoots flaming arrows....

bye bye skyunner factory :P

Maybe take a pic of the spring?

Random tho..why powerisers? And why did you use skyrunners if you had PJ springs??

at the time it was easier to put the hoof and spring from the SR on to the PJ frame and I wanted to save the PJ springs aswell :D

Put a tire spring protector or inner tube over it and you will be fine.
