ok, so i'm probably making myself look like a complete tw** here but if i buy PJ calf cuffs do they come with cuff bars or do i need to get them?? (and if so, where do i get them? i dont see them on the website)

u mean the bars along the side of the cuffs? yeah those come with it, they're already attached, but if you need to ask someone else who has them for help aligning them right

Personally I found it easy to do that on my mates stilts, just pop them in and with a few tweeks they were all sorted :D

No question is stupid, if anything, the answer may be stupid!
As said Hilly-of-the-Marshes, the bars attached to the cuffs are included with the cuffs so they will reach you.

One important thing to consider, as well as height and secure it safely, is the rotation of bars, it depends very much on stability, others people much more experienced than me can explain to you this aspect.
