Heyaa everyone :D
Well ive had my bocks a few days now :D
And i can run,hop,skip and manage a short distance run...
But did/does anyone else want to fall ? I want to see how much it hurts etc etc..
Ive already let my self fall forwards on grass landing on knees and hands.. kness felt it abit but it didnt bother me :Claugh:
If i feel myself falling i do try regain my balance which so far has worked ;)
Im just curious

It's alright to practice some controlled falls. I did it early on when I first started. It helped eliminate the fear of falling for me.

if you're not falling over, you're not trying hard enough, bock with some of us - we'll push you to it! if you are going to fall, make sure its on grass first time, and if you're on concrete or stone - wear pads/wristies

Im not sure there is anyone to bock with around here :(
I wish there was though :D Be nice to have people better than me so i can push myself to get better and so on :D :D
I wear knee pads and wrist guards :)

If u want to fall u would of loved to have been me yesterday I fell over 4 times luckily it was on grass so it didn't hurt
