Post by: noob on November 05, 2010, 11:37:28 PM

not sure on the protection on the inside of your hand because it says it doesnt compromise your grip, which most wrist guards would do.

They look pretty damn good though and 661 are a well established brand.

If you do fall over, just make sure you land on your face with your hands in the air.  That way your gloves will be fine.

Only kidding, before you do some damage. Tee Hee.

The 661s look quite nice.

all i will say is they are not a wrist guards and will not stop you breaking your wrist

these are designed for downhill racing (and cos i do downhill racing) i know these arnt ment for that, these are designed for people recovering from a damaged wrist to still be able to race, so will only make a damaged wrist like it was normal

If you want the best simple answer

Flexmeter multisport

Fell without wristies shattered Wrist (Plate and 12 screws)

6 months later fell on the same wrist in the same way and it stung a bit (didn't even sprain it)

Only problem is they are £40 and restrict movement a little till you get used to them but I recon they have saved me from at least 3 broken wrists
