Title: Tire armor for exo's
Post by: noob on November 07, 2010, 11:11:53 AM
hello  :Csmile:
i just want to know, will the spring tire armor (the one where u punch holes and make flaps and put laces through them? work the same on the exo's because of there newly designed frame? i know this is probably a stupid question but i just want to be sure before i get a pair.

thanks

Hi noob,

I actually think the tyre armour is easier on the Exo. The frame doesnt get in the way of the fit or lacing.

I had it on my old ones, and changed it to the exos yesterday. The old shape I cut isnt quite the same for the exos, but they do go on easier and cover the whole spring. I will be getting a new tyre to cut today. Will post a pic if I get a chance.

yes it would work on the exo's, however you may need to purchase extra wide tyres. personaly i think the inertube mod would work better on the exo's http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?cat=9 (http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?cat=9)
