Yeah, but I don't find it helps :S it gives me more confidence and maybe no fear of heights but that is about it :S

yes, but over 30 years ago   at skewl   went on an adult tramp course a couple of years ago ( to help on stilts)  but i had to 'perfect' every basic trick. Now das OK and good. But have u met me?   Perfect  erm anything?   I was almost stopped from landing on my 1st bounce  :o)

I go twice a week at the moment.  Only basic stuff.  Can just about do front somies.

Not sure how it compares as I haven't done any of this on stilts yet. (Well...apart from just bounce)

I have to disagree with most of you. Trampolining helps you with confidence and technique. These are the 2 main factors involved with bocking.

However I could land my backflips on stilts more confidently than I could on a trampoline but that's probably down to spending more time on stilts than on the tramp.

I think for jump control (balance) and flip technique, trampolines are very very ideal. People should never underestimate how important the balance is (cue the video of DC crashing into a pram :) )

Umm

I never went on a trampoline before bocking but bought one for the garden about a year after starting

It does help a lot with the ballance bit as Locky said it also helped me to stay in one place a bit better

I rode and jumped Horses for many years and it felt more natural to be moving forward when jumping which is a disadvantage if space is short

First time I went on a Big trampoline I managed to damage my ankle quite seriously (nearly 2 years and still not quite right) but that was me being over enthusiastic  :Claugh:
