hi guys
my calf cuff keeps moving,Ive checked all the nuts and bolts they are fine.
the black block that that you slide the cuff bars into is also ok.
the min i put the pro jump on and try to walk it moves
any ideas ???

First question is how old are your PJ's as the very early ones (very early) had thinner black blocks
If you have the later ones with the thicker black blocks you have to really tighten them up and then they will hold but make sure you have washers under all the nuts and bolts before you tighten them

hiya
this is the same bock my spring snapped on bout 4 months ago. ita neva been rite since.
i followed the tutoral about using the paper clip and string to make sure the bock is in line,it was off but i sorted that.
ive checked all the nuts and bolts they are ok ,it was only moving very slighty at 1st so i neva noticed it,but now wen i put the pro jump on my whole leg n hip twist out n i can move the calf cuff bars just by pulling them apart even thought they tight.
(there only bout 1yr old )
i tried to upload a pic but it wont let me

Adjusting cuffs is a very personal and very long winded thing (took me weeks to get my firts set right)
You really do have to crank the bolts down hard (My plastic bits used to distort once I got them tight enough)
Remember that if you feel like you are falling off one side of the footplate you must move the cuff towards the side you are falling off (It sounds wrong but it is right )

they r so tight i cant even undo them now yet the bars can b moved.im not sure y .
this wasnt problem at 1st but its just one thing after another wiv this one bock.

Sounds like you have something seriously wrong
It wouldn't be that one of the plastic blocks have cracked would it (I have seen this happen once before)
If you can get along to a meet I will have a look for you or post some pics

I had the same problem! i know the blocks that hold them on mine are deformed
and i need new ones! but i have wrapped bike inner tubes around the bars and
it has stopped the calf cuff moving til i get round to buying new ones!

ive checked the block and from what i can c there nothing wrong wiv it, im gonna try the inner tube and c how i get on..
can a spring snapping really cause all these problems? :Cerr:
