Title: Damaged on arrival?

Got my 60Kg version Pro Jumps today. When I inspected them, there seemed to be splintering near the top of the spring where it is fastened?

It also seemed odd that the rubber coating was not covering this area either. Is this normal?

I've attached some photos for you lot to see.

I have been hearing 28days for the warranty, im not sure if this is normal but i have it slightly on my old ones aswell
