is it only the exo pros that have the machanism on the knee bar to let you adjust it without an alan key?

yes it is.

The normal exo's have the usual 4 bolts with allen keys.

thx 4 that locky. i was going to buy the norm exo's and upgrade them when i had the cash but then i noticed on the pic they dont have that mechanism that i have seen on my friends exo's. so now i may aswell just save the full amount and buy the pros.   :Csmile:
