Title: Calf Cuffs??
Post by: JCDenton on February 02, 2011, 10:04:45 PM
I think the standard knee bars arnt very comfy and dont seem to be very supportive with skinny legs like mine lol. Are cuffs better? Does anyone have a spare pair for sale close to derby?

Cheers!

Iv ordered some from that ghostbike site. 29.99. Not bad. Does anyone know where you can get aluminium blocks to replace the plastic ones?

You can't i've been trying to get some for like a year, you can try and buy them from people who have spares but other than that i don't think theres any official place to buy them. You could always make some buy i don't know the measurements for them.

Got them today, fitted them and walked around the house and they feel loads better! Iv noticed the velcro on the end of the strap struggles to reach around to the back tho..

Iv not really needed to, i set them up to how i like them and drilled a 3mm hole through the plastic and the pipe and put a stainless split pin through. Its solid as a rock now.
