Title: Rubber Spring thing and knee pads (holed and cut)
Post by: Floydian on April 30, 2007, 04:32:49 PM
Just got them this morning and ive already cut the knee pads on a wall, and the rubber spring (cover) thing has got cuts in it too... Is there anyway to avoid this. They are sweet though, im gonna have some time on them i can see.

hi

A lot of people do cover their springs with electric tape or hockey tape a few times over so give it more protection. I think there are some pictures of this been done so I'll dig them up for you.

Indeed, one of my favorite bands :D

But i kind of broke mine today, i was tightening the thing around my shoes and the plastic bit snapped :( and a bit fell out the bottom and got lost (a little plastic bit under the rubber and springs..) dunno where i lost it and it squeeks all the time now.
