how many falls can pro-jumps take before somthing needs replacing

Depends on the impact of a fall. I've had a few and they're fine, they are pretty hardcore.

The first thing that should go would be the foam if you're grounding so often, but if you really are falling so often you need to make sure you'#ve got someone with you walking along side for balance etc.
