Hey everyone. In the last few days, I've been off my PJ's... The reason for this is because my back hurts everytime I jump...
I think it was injured when I kept clicking it... (By purpose, which was pretty foolish)
That's a lesson for all of you :) And to make it a bigger lesson... It hasn't got any better! :(
Have any of you experienced the same problem? If you have, how did you make it better? How did it happen? All I want to do is fix my back. :(
If anyone suggests the doctor... I'm afraid the word 'surgery' might come out of their mouths...
Please post :'(

I had a bad back for years ( Horses, building trade, accidents all add up)
Went to Doc and they sent me to a Chiropractor (the guy looked like a Turkish all in wrestler ) he tied me into a pretzle tried to bend me in half backwards and seemed to be trying to pull my head off
At the time I was'nt to keen but after about 5 weeks and a load of exercises he gave me No more bad back ( I'm talking going from 10 mins to get out of bed on a bad day to being able to tie my shoelaces standing up )
So don't be a fool like me and suffer for years ( time off work , no bocking )
GO TO THE DOC they arn't really that nasty honest ;D

What you just said made me go cold. But hey... Once I broke a finger, and the doc injected the same knuckle twice, (so I wouldn't feel anything) then put some weird cream... Then just started to play with my finger like an angry 4 year old to get it back into it's original shape...
Thanks Jason, I'll go see what the doc says :)

Good news it is...
My dad is a doc! And he said for me to keep exercising, without jumping :( So then I did, exercised a long time, everyday. Then I stood on my trampoline. And I was like "Somethings missing..." And I was right! There was something missing... An annoying muscle :P
Then I bounced for a bit, and went bocking again. It feels good to jump since a long time...
Thanks Jason! Maybe doctors aren't so bad. 8)
And it looked like my body needed alot of adjusting freakazoid! ;D
