right brought some slick bike tyres the other day from ebay and have been spending most of my afternoon experimenting after one of the riser raptors dan loki brown said he was thinking about putting the tyre inbetween the spring and the rubber foot (thanks dan) so heres the final product it was really hard getting the bolts through the tyre and into the foot in the right place but got there in the end i havent tried them out yet but ill let you know how it goes :) im quite pleased with them :)

yeah i was thinking along those line but i was worried that after changing them a few times you'd get a build up of glue and old rubber stuck to them my version is quite fiddly to do but you dont get the mess :)
