Hi Justin,

Basically adjusting the rods is basically adjusting to suit your posture, its trial and error really, keep trying and adjusting

yes.. to whatever side you tighten it pulls that side of the footplate up .. and tilts it up away from the other.. unless you adjust that too.. hope that helps

Hi, i mentioned some weeks ago about the need to balance your pjs, this is done by using the bars on the side of your feet, the best way is first look at your shoes the part of you heal that wears down is the way you walk, this means you lean that way so your pj should tilt up at the point your shoe is worn down, it will realy improve your performance if you get this right, we do this with all our pjs, it realy works, chears.                   ps   did anyone see us on look north bbc tv christmas eve ? my recorder wasnt working, just wonderd if anyone recorded it, could do with a copy to post, thanks again, stevie.

Hi Stevie,

I'm just looking into doing this now since I seem to wear out the outside of my heels first on my shoes.
How much of a tilt would you recommend? Are we talking milimetres or something a bit more drastic?
