hey after using my stilts for a while im having lower back pain and shoulder pain and i get all stiff :/ not the best .... is there anything i can do to stop this :) thanks alot

Rest. Until it is TOTALLY better. It's called bockers back and its just caused by you using muscles you dont usually use that much.
It's quite normal but if you put your stilts back on and it still hurts even just a little then take them off right away or you'll just make it worse and be out of action longer.
Should only be a day or 2.

okay thanks alot locky :) and will it go away or will i always get this after long bocking ?

Once you build up the right muscles it won't bother you again mate
It's the same as bockers knee just that we use muscles that other sports don't get to :Claugh:

thanks alot jason :) and yeah iv gotten like pink knees and its sore when i touch them haha.... aww well its worth it  :Straddle5:

It's unlikely you will get it a second time, I dont hear of it anyway.
Of course if you bocked and then waitied 6 months til your next go then that would be a different story.
