Hello forum lurkers, if you've just got yourself a new pair of projumps for christmas and are frantically searching through the forum threads to find out how you do certain things or just need some help then here is a tip….

As Locky says just ask any questions. There is many of use here that have been doing this sport for many years and can give you first hand help.

Is there any interest for a  acroair gym session ???? , wouldl be held on the 18th February in lincoln 12pm until 3pm

well was looking at different ways to pay for it !

1   a price per person

2   is split between who goes ,( thus the more who confirm to go the price comes down !)

your thoughts please .
