I wish I had skinny legs but I suppose they have to be chunky to hold my beer belly up  ;D

It helps if you fill the gap with a pair of knee pads & use the straps included that way you feel a lot more secure.

I am working on some quick release knee straps, that go over the knee bar, if anyone is interested in wanting to make a pair!!

I'm thinking of taking the foam off the bar so I can fit my leg and knee pad IN the hoop !

I did try that DK if you are careful you can slide the foam over the non buckle side strap so if you don't like it it can be slid back on

I found that it slipped against the kneepad slightly and could'nt get on with it

i didn't want to start a new topic just for this question, but here goes, is pressure put upon you're ankles when bocking? i ask because both my friend and i have ankle injuries (not too bad), but i was wondering if it was ok to bock without worrying about exsaspserating* things.

*exsasperate= to make things worse

I had a topic about it this, the answers is  "Possibly the opposite"  !  :o
I've got a very bad ankle ( I posted a picture of my metal work !? ) and I find it helps. the ankle doesn't move and the spring lessens the shock on the foot.  :)

wow, thanks. thats really good. i've finally found something that i can do without hurting me ankle for the the 3rd time. how did you hurt you'res. i hurt mine the first time on a trampoline with hundereds of conkers on (roflmao), and the second time i hurt it doing a preicision jump,(parkour). i bent it to the side on tramp, and up on the jump. :-\
