sorry to put it bluntly .. but unless you do fall.. you will never know what its like.. and it may put you off progressing .

but after you do experience falling.. and how easy it is to recover and hopefully not hurt yourself.. then it becomes easier and should help with boosting your confidence!

if you are wearing all the right pads, a straight foreward fall isnt painfall in the least. Indeed it is suprisingly un painfull. But majorly embarressing. You just a moderate to large 'juddering'. Then you have to get up some how.

But pads really should be warn. Yesterday Original Two took a tumble backwards ( well he was bouncing on wet decking so was asking for it really ;D). No elbow pads on ---took a layer of skin of 1 elbow. If he was wearing some he would just of got up and looked a bit sheepish.

Nice work, DK, just keep practising.  It gets easier and feels more "natural" the more you do it.

Once you can walk about without thinking about the fact your on PJ's and can jog a bit ( that's only a slow run ) your ready.
People say keep your knees up  :-\
I think it's more LET your knee go up !
It's more like running in the shallow end of a swimming pool .  :)

When you do start running your running faster than if you hadn't got PJ's on ! So if you do feel your self tip, remeber your running two foot in the air and it's going to take a second or two to hit the ground  :o

I wasn't aware I could wear Jurassic Park ;D

Well said ET! You've got to bail to be a bocker, otherwise you just aren't trying hard enough! :)
