I ordered my PJ's last thursday and im currently dissapointed because i still have not recieved them :P hopefull recieve them tomorow or wednesday.

Well its 3-5( working) days isnt it? What time did you place the order? Was it paypal?

No, its next day delivery, and i paid using my credit card, not through paypal.

Not putting you off, and I think there was problem with me order anyway but it took about 3 weeks for my 115kg's on 'next day delivery' to come. :o
But however long it takes you'll love them :)

Hi there
Shouldn't take long unless there's a problem with your order - usually everything goes out same working day for next working day delivery. There was some delays due to an explosion that took place in Lancashire last week.
Usual probs are:
1. Payment Fails
2. Address details & Card holder details do not match
3. Customer can not be reached for any reason
I'd advise you to phone up 01772 792 600 with your order number as all items are tracked so we can tell you exactly where your item is!
@ Dark Knight - Unless any of the above problems occurred your delivery should not have taken that long.
I'd say 99% of all orders that go through successfully and have been placed by 1pm go out the same day!

ok thanks, if i have not recieved them by tomorow. i will phone up.
Because it will be 4 working days by tomorow. i will give it till like 2:00pm and then i will phone. :)

ok, i just got the phone call back ... erm.. Basically DHL {the company delivering} said it was posted out without my house number on. they had the right road just not the house number... its meant to be next day delivery not next month !! im not at all impressed.

When you post there is a modify button at the top of the post.....use it. Double and triple posting is not needed ;D

Sorry for the problems you have had.
If your order was placed or processed after 1pm then it may have gone out on Friday. Weekends are not classed as working days so you should have had your stilts yesterday (Which you would have if the addy was correct! And thus it would have been a next day delivery ;D)
Fingers crossed you will have them tomorrow.
The FREE next working day delivery is a special offer on for now but usually we do ask customers to allow 3-4 working days despite sending all items out on a next working day delivery service. ;)

hi naz do you know if anyone else from lincoln has ordered any projumps yet, or am i still the only one in lincoln with them ;D..lol

ohhhhh that would be telling!
On a serious note though there's bockers all over the country and I'd say only about 5% if not less ever sign up to the forums.
So it's a shame but the majority we never actually get to know :(

good idea though.. you must have a history to were youve sold the stilts too.. shame you cant just give a general idea of what areas you have sold stilts too .. :P ..

they finally came .... ive been on them 30 mins, with no safety gear.. silly me, dont do that kids. erm... and. i can walk with confidence... so. its all good :).

well im ordering mine in a bit i got my eprants to say yes now isnte dof 3 weeks asi said there is a massive meet at london a few dyas after i get back form holiday and i really want to go even people from other countrys are gonig and stuff and im ordering em in about a hour woot !! XD happy

scousy --- do jumping 1st more fun and you will do it more --no 1 runs much. Grab hold of a fence./lamp post/street sign and bounce then when u feel ok let go and do it alone
