Title: safety gear needed?

which safety gear do you guys recon is isentual to be used ? ???

1. knee pads  :-X
2. elbow pads  :o
3. spine pad thingy on www.pro-jump.co.uk saftey stuff bit  8) this looks cool XD
4. wrist gaurds  ::)
5. helmit  :-\
6.other stuff (please specify)  ???

hope he posts :) i know im defo gonna get the wrist gaurd after  i saw someones broken wrist o nhere and msot likey get the knee and elbow stuff and then hope i win in a comp sometime so i can try and win one of the spine things purley as i like the look of em lol XD  i free run alot so ive got really strong bones its also form eating a realy good diet and drining right stuff and stuff :P so i doubt i will break anything if i can jump downa story and a half and not hurt myselfl ol

ET (English Taylor) doesn't like it when people don't spell properly! So I think Bbmthbloke was just being cheeky  ;D

Id say a Helmet, Wrist guards, Knee & elbow pads are a MUST.
