I have gone for a short walk, bare foot !  :o
Walking bare foots good for my bad ankle but winds up people, and did it for a laugh.
But I like trainers I find they work best for me.

i either wear my vans slipper style shoes or my big skate shoes think im gonna go 4 comfort and wearableness for capital bocking so probs my nike trainers

i wear skater shoes all round lol skating, bmxing, parkour, and now bocking !! lol

For comfort at Capital bocking go for chunky skate shoes, the straps really start to dig in with trainers after a while.

ive been slowly been working on a mod  to make flip flops or barefoot practical   but have now changed stilts so its all been put back d'oh

oddly we need an upside down shoe ---need the sole on the top  to stop the bindings digging in ---but no tread no thickness on bottom
