Post by: Dark Knight on July 15, 2007, 09:47:34 PM
It's fun bocking around town but what about shopping  ???

Have you gone in to a shop or building and been ask to leave, or have you stop from going in.  :o

I wanted to found out from people what shop keepers think walking into their shops in them ?
There a sports shop near me and the other day I was trying to reach a t-shirt to look at it but it was so high up the best I could do was flick the bottom of them to look at the designs  >:(
If I walked in with my PJ's on I could reach them  ;D

As long as I remember to overhead ( head hight ) signs  :o LOL

re the guy bying milk. I think that was in the Tesco in Dorchester. Afe weeks later 5 of us did go in together to buy erm muffins and stuff --got asked to leave  but they did let us pay for what we already had.

My rule of thumb is how busy is the place. If  lots peeps about ill not go in. Just needs some 1 step backwards and you will be over. My Boarders and tesco local are cool with me, even done a pub in them with TundraH

I have only ever been stopped from going into 1 bar and a casino. I go in my local Tesco all the time on them and several of my regular bars. I dont seem to get much negativity.

I have seen that video and been bocking with him. They didn't mind just him but as soon as there were 5 of us they asked us to leave immediately and pay on the way out. Oh wait bmthbloke's already said that ;D

We (The Jurassic Jumpers) Have been refused entry to one shop (Primark in Poole, wanted to go through for a laugh as I worked there at the time) and were also warned about being in a shopping centre as it's private property.
I generally don't go in shops on mine simply because of the hassle it can cause, unless it's like a small one where the people there know me because I go in quite a bit.
I think the general rule of thumb is if it's a small local store you can get away with it but if it's a large chain store you may get in trouble

Looks like someone has got under your skin. This is the second post by you, saying the same thing, that I have seen. Why do you feel the need to constantly go on about him not having bocks yet?

Leave the poor fellow alone.  I'm sure the frequency of his posts will drop once he has his Bocks.  He just has too much time on his hands and Bocking will fill that time.

Enthuziasm is not a bad thing and most of your posts are questions, suggestions offers of help or funny just what keeps this sort of forum fun and helpfull to all

I have heard that a few people in the past have posted rubbish to get the extra stars and have been banned for there efforts

Some people who got on here before me have less posts that I do and some who came after me have more

I personally have not found his posting a problem and have often enjoyed a little sarcastic fencing as I have with most of you (all in good fun )

Some people have more to say and some less it would be boring if we were all the same (think 50 million of me in England real horror story that  ;D)

 :D Shopping in em :D
Thats the true test of pessimism over optimism.
Some will see it as a great chance to really stand out from the crowd in a closed enviroment. Me, I'd just end up slipping on a gr***e and going head first through a neatly stacked end display ;D
Love to see Tescos in Dorchester (know it well from footie) if anyones got the link :)

i stayed in cambridge one nyte after work as i didnt want to drive 25 miles home to go back in 6 hours for a staff meetin so i decided to bock for a most of it, went to a kebab van at about half 3 in the mornin while he was packin up, asked if i could buy a drink, the guy was fasinated by them asked the usual how high can u jump can u run and wer u get them from questions. answerd them all and showed him jumpin and runnin and he gave me a couple of free drinks.

as for shops i went in asda on my own with my freinds GF he was too scared she was on foot n me on bocks no one sed anythink to me.

have been into small shops like newsagents some people dont mind them if the shops empty i find your better off and the staff dont really care and just talk to you about them.

i want to go round queens gate or the grafton cente (2 shoppin centres near me) on them but dont know how i will get on with security etc.

public toilets are fun to go in ther rather slippy has anyone else used a toilet on them tho or isit just me and Mattt we were in hunstanton and couldnt b bothad to take them off so went with them on lol
