you adjust the knee bar for your comfort. find the place you feel happiest with having it.

OMG, there the best things i have ever had!, i can run allready, jump very little, i need some elec tape tommorow, i fell about 6 times at first but now its a lot easyer, my mum thinks im crazy lol  ;D
