Herr Andreas Boeck     ( think thats his given name also you may remove the e if you put two .. over the o)   inventor of spring loaded jumping stilts.

Andrea boeck simply does all the secretarial side of powerskip :)

Basically his invention is powerskips. So we call all stilts PowerBocks. So the sport is PowerBocking, which is shortened to Bocking. And thus, people who partake are called PowerBockers, or just Bockers
