i twisted my knee by falling today, and i can't jump on them no more because my knee herts, how long do you think untill it heals :'(

Try to keep any weight off it for aleast a day or two and if I was you I'd not Bock for a couple more days after that, if you fall again it could be very painful !

it realy herts, i sliped on a little muddy patch where the leaves has fallen off the trees, its even hard to walk, its annoying because i just want to go out now and jump around.

A bag of frozen peas applied for 10 to 15 mins 3 of four times a day might help
If it's really painfull or swells up badly I would sugest a trip to the doc just in case

Don't put the bag straight on the skin, put it in a tea-towel or something like that !.

its been about a day and a half and no swelling yay, can't wait untill its better!, i got pis*ed off today because it was sunny and i couldent go on my jumps =- (.
