ive had my PJ's for almost 2 weeks now. and ive hardly been on them, because right above my knee hurts, like its strained. its right above my knee cap where it hurts when i put pressure on my legs. it was ok ay first but its really hurting me now, anybody else had this ? and why has this happened?

Sounds like you are suffering form the famous Bocker Knee
There are several theorys as to why but the best explaination I have heard is that when we jump our knees bend back slightly (as in beyond straight ) if this is your problem it will go away as you build up the right muscles
If it does'nt get better soon go see your doc as it could be something totaly different and better safe than sorry

oki doki, thanks. i will give it a few more days rest. then i'll get back up an bocking an see how things go.

When I pull something I tend to stick to going for long walks on the bocks (no running or jumping) so I keep up the fittness but don't agrivate the injury
