its realy annoying because the top of the springs poke out quite far, and evry time i jump they hit me in the top half of my legs, i have bruises 24-7, also i have been jumping quite a fue times now and there so stiff, if i want to bouce i have to give it a GOOD wack  ???

A couple of people have suggested fixing the sole of a flip flop to the footplate to get your legs a little higher then you can raise the hoop and hopefully the spring will miss the back of your legs

Hope this helps  :)

No you can't, because then they would not be able to bolt to the frame and it would also cause the fibreglass (what they are made of) to splinter
